My Approach

It all begins with a conversation—about your ideas, concerns and expectations.

I will listen carefully, explain what is possible and guide you through the available options in clear, straightforward language. As no surgery is without risk, I will also talk you through the potential benefits, limitations and risks, so that you can make a fully informed decision.

Together, we will develop a personalised treatment plan designed around your needs and the outcome you hope to achieve.

Listern

You do not need to use medical terminology or know exactly what treatment you require. Simply tell me your story, what concerns you and what you would like to change. My role is to listen, understand and help you decide on the right way forward.

PLan

We plan your treatment together, based on your individual needs, priorities and desired outcome.

I will explain the available options, discuss appropriate alternatives and help you understand the benefits, limitations and risks of each approach. Together, we will agree on a clear, personalised path designed to achieve the best possible result for you.

deliver

This is where my training, experience and attention to detail come into play.

I carry out the treatment plan we have developed together with care, precision and a clear understanding of the outcome we are working towards. My aim is to deliver the best possible result for you, while prioritising your safety and wellbeing throughout.

Modern technology,

universal values

Technology-Led Care

I use virtual surgical planning (VSP) to support complex surgical decision-making, improve precision and optimise treatment outcomes.

By embracing modern digital technology, I can plan procedures in greater detail, streamline your care and communicate each stage of treatment more clearly. Where appropriate, digital imaging, three-dimensional planning and patient-specific solutions are incorporated into your treatment pathway.

I am also exploring the use of Heidi and similar secure, AI-assisted software to reduce the administrative burden of clinical documentation. This allows more of the consultation to be focused on listening to you, understanding your concerns and discussing your care. These technologies may also help to improve the clarity and timely sharing of information with patients, while maintaining appropriate clinical oversight, confidentiality and data protection.

Technology does not replace clinical judgement, personal communication or surgical experience. It supports them—helping me provide care that is more precise, efficient and individually tailored to you.
